  1. The defendant pay to the plaintiff the sum of $7,082.21 the unpaid salary to 11 May 2001. [The plaintiff acknowledges that 6% of this sum - $424.93 – represents his contribution to the KPF].
  2. The plaintiff be paid a leave grant for the year 2000 of $375.00.
  3. The total of $7,457.21 is to be paid within 14 days of this day.
