ORDER


By consent, judgment for the plaintiff for $2,000 and costs of $250, making a total of $2,250. The judgment moneys to be paid into the High Court on the following dates and in the following amounts:


4 May $500

11 May $250


and thereafter every 7 days $250, the last payment being due on 22 June.


It is ordered that the moneys paid as compensation, viz. $2,000, be equally for the benefit of the 2 children of the plaintiff and the deceased –


Takenimarawa

and Rotina


The moneys to be held as trustee by the Director of Lands and paid to each child on the attainment of his and her 18th birthday. The amount payable as costs, $250.00, to be retained by the High Court in respect of the legal costs of the People's Lawyer.


Liberty to the plaintiff and either child to apply.
