JUDGMENT
(Ex Tempore)


Having heard counsel, Mr Allen not opposing, the Court will regard these proceedings as a review of decision in Case NT 53/96. For the purposes of the review the would-be purchaser of the pit, Ioane Kaitabo, should be served to give him an opportunity to be present or represented at the review. The Court also calls for the Minutes of the sale of the land to the appellant in 1980 and extracts from the Land Register in respect of this piece of land.
