JUDGMENT

The Attorney General, through the Assistant Senior State Advocate, has entered a nolle prosequi by stating in Court that it is not intended that these proceedings continue. The accused is accordingly discharged in respect of the charge of rape contrary to section 128 of the Penal Code Cap. 67.
