JUDGMENT


The Attorney General, through the Assistant Senior State Advocate, has entered a nolle prosequi by stating in Court that the Republic does not intend that these proceedings continue. The accused is accordingly discharged in respect of the charge of bribery contrary to section 140(1)(c)(ii) of the Customs Act 1993.
