JUDGMENT

The Attorney General, through the Director of Public Prosecutions, has entered a nolle prosequi by stating in court that it is not intended to continue the prosecution of these proceedings. Accordingly, the accused is discharged in respect of the charge of defilement contrary to section 134(1) of the Penal Code Cap. 67.
