JUDGMENT


Neither appellant appears today. When the matter last came before the court the second appellant appeared in person and so is aware that the appeal was to be heard today. There is an affidavit of service on the first appellant. Counsel for the respondent has submitted that in the circumstances the appeal ought to be dismissed. We agree. The appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution. The appellants are advised that they have a right to appeal to the Court of Appeal within 6 weeks.
