JUDGMENT

The appellant Timau Teeta is deceased. We were told by the Court Clerk that the appellant's children were informed of the hearing. However, when the appeal was called on for hearing only the appellant's son Teuea Timau appeared. He knew nothing about the case and had no instructions about it from his family.

In the circumstances, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
