TEUEANNA TAUNTEANG

SENTENCE


The accused has been convicted of the crime of murder for which the law prescribes a mandatory sentence.


The accused is accordingly sentenced to imprisonment for life. Such sentence shall be deemed to commence from 21st May 1995 which was the date the accused was taken into custody.
