The parties to this appeal have reached an amicable settlement.

In accordance with that settlement we make the following orders:

By consent,

(1) the appeal is allowed;

(2) the estate of N. Mamare is to be registered under the names of Banian Taabu with brother;

(3) the register is to be noted that N. Terengataake is allowed to remain on the land Tabontemaneaba.
