JUDGMENT

The appellant was not a party to the distribution proceedings in the court below and accordingly cannot appeal them.

She must sue the respondent in the magistrates court for her share of the distribution if she is eligible.

The appellant is absent today. She cannot be located despite several attempts to do so here and in Butaritari. However her appeal would fail in any event and accordingly it is dismissed.
