ORDER

Order by the consent of the parties is as follows:

(1) the mother of the deceased, Nei Abatia Iotia, be paid $1,000 from the estate of the deceased held by the Chief Lands Officer

(2) that the remainder be held by the Chief Lands Officer for the 3 children of the deceased and the Chief Lands Officer together with Nei Buangi Iotia and Tabe Iotia shall act as joint trustees of the fund.

No order to costs.
