Set fire to a dwelling house of a police sub-inspector who had told him and another young man to leave a dance at Betio where they were causing a nuisance - accused had drink taken - found guilty and sentenced to 2 years' imprisonment - he was 18 years old, single and employed in P.W.D. - three Previous Convictions - one for damaging property.
