JUDGMENT OF THE COURT

[1] As foreshadowed at the end of the hearing today we make the following orders:

(a) The order recorded in para [1] of our judgment of 11 August 2022, as extended in para [8] of that judgment, remains in force pending the further order of this Court;

(b) The Respondent’s bail is continued until our further order upon condition that he resides at his usual residence in South Tarawa and does not go to the courthouse at Betio.”
