MINUTE OF THE COURT

[1]. When this case was called, Ms Grover for the respondents pointed out that two parties who were respondents in the High Court and whose interests do not accord with the interests of the respondents she was representing had not been made parties to this appeal.

[2]. Mr Berina accepted that this was an oversight on his part. He also accepted that the appeal will need to be adjourned to enable this to be done.

[3]. Accordingly, the appeal is adjourned to the next sitting of the Court of Appeal.
