TORRES, J.:
[1] Asia Pacific Hotel Guam, Inc. (“Asia Pacific”) appeals a trial court judgment rendered in favor of Dongbu Insurance Company, Ltd. (“Dongbu”), which found that the entire amount awarded to Dongbu in arbitration was justified[1]. For the reasons set forth below, we reverse the judgment of the trial court and remand the case for further proceedings.
