SCRAP METAL TRADE DECREE 2011
(DECREE No. 22 of 2011)

Scrap Metal Trade (Forms & Fees) Regulations 2011

IN exercise of powers conferred upon me by section 18 of the Scrap Metal Trade Decree 2011, I make the following Regulations-

Citation and commencement

1. These Regulations may be cited as the Scrap Metal Trade (Forms & Fees) Regulations 2011 and shall come into force on the commencement date of the Scrap Metal Trade Decree 2011.

Application for licence to trade as a scrap metal dealer

2.-(1) For the purpose of section 7(2)(a) of the Decree, the prescribed application form is set out as Form 1 in Schedule 1.

(2) For the purpose of section 7(2)(b) of the Decree the relevant fee is prescribed in Schedule 2.

Licence

3. For the purpose of section 8 of the Decree, the prescribed licence form is set out as Form 2 in Schedule 1.

Appeal Fees

4. For the purpose of section 11(1) of the Decree, the prescribed appeal fee is set out in Schedule 2.
