Commencement Notice

IN exercise of the powers vested in me by section 1 subsection (2) of the Decree, I hereby appoint the 22nd day of October, 2010 as the commencement date for the Microfinance Institutions (Examination and Assessment) Decree 2010 (Decree No. 53 of 2010).
