PENAL CODE (AMENDMENT) ACT 1994
NO. 11 OF 1994.

AN ACT
TO AMEND THE PENAL CODE

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji-

Short title and commencement

1.-(1) This Act may be cited as the Penal Code (Amendment) Act, 1994.

(2) This Act shall come into force on the day it is published in the Fiji Republic Gazette.

Sections 73 - 78 of Penal Code repealed

2. Sections 73 to 78 (inclusive) of the Penal Code are repealed.
