AN ACT

TO AMEND THE INCOME TAX ACT

ENACTED by the Parliament of the Fiji Islands-

Short title

1. This Act may be cited as the Income Tax (Fiji Electricity Authority-Amendment) Act 2005.

Section 17 amended

2. Section 17 of the Income Tax Act (Cap. 201) is amended by deleting the full stop at the end of paragraph (66), substituting a semi-colon and inserting the following new paragraph-

"(67) the income of the Fiji Electricity Authority in respect of all income earned from 1 July 1992 to 31 December 1996".
