CUSTOMS TARIFF (AMENDMENT) DECREE 2013
(DECREE No. 31 OF 2013)
IN exercise of the powers vested in me pursuant to section 4 of the Office of the Vice-President and Succession Decree 2009 and section 165(4) of the Constitution of the Republic ofFiji, I hereby make the following Decree-
A DECREE TO AMEND THE CUSTOMS TARIFF ACT 1986
Short title and commencement
1. This Decree may be cited as the Customs Tariff (Amendment) Decree 2013, and shall be deemed to have
come into force on 1st September, 2013.
Schedule 2 amended
2. Schedule 2 to the Customs Tariff Act 1986 is amended in Part 1 by deleting the duty rates appearing in column 3 as mentioned against each tariff item and substituting new duty rates for the tariff items as specified below-
