AN ACT
TO AMEND THE AIRPORT DEPARTURE TAX ACT, 1986

[1 October 1994]

ENACTED by the Parliament of Fiji.

Short title and commencement

1. (1) This Act may be cited as the Airport Departure Tax (Amendment) Act, 1994.

(2) This Act shall enter into force on 1 October 1994.

Airport Departure Tat Act, 1986 amended

2. The Airport Departure Tax Act, 1986 is amended-

(a) in Section "3" by deleting the figures and expression "$10" and substituting the figures and expression "$12.50"; and

(b) in paragraph "c" of Section "5" by deleting the figures "16" and substituting the figures "12".
