2000 APPROPRIATION ACT (AMENDMENT) (NO. 2) DECREE 2000
(INTERIM CIVILIAN GOVERNMENT DECREE NO. 41)
IN exercise of the powers conferred upon the Interim Civilian Government by section 4 of the Interim Civilian Government (Transfer of Executive Authority) Decree No. 19 of 2000, I, Josefa Iloilovatu Uluivuda, President of the Republic of Fiji, acting on the advice of the Cabinet, hereby make this Decree to amend the 2000 Appropriation Act 1999.
Citation and commencement
l. This Decree may be cited as the 2000 Appropriation Act (Amendment) (N0.2) Decree 2000 and is deemed to have commenced on 12th December 2000.
Schedule 1 amended
2. Schedule 1 to the 2000 Appropriation Act (Amendment) Decree No. 20 of 2000 is amended as shown in the schedule to this Decree.
