[1] For completeness sake, I will grant a stay on implementation of the Court of Appeal decision till the hearing of the application for stay on 31^st March 2009 or any adjourned hearing thereof. This is subject to the decision of the single judge when the matter comes before him however.

[2] I make this decision without considering the normal criteria for stay, and simply to get the parties to the stay application hearing.
