JUDGMENT

Respondent seems to have of off extremely lightly all things considered. He only should he have been disqualified for twelve months, but in all the circumstances the Magistrate should have considered using his discretionary powers to disqualify for longer period.

Respondents disqualified from driving or obtaining a licence for two years
