ORDER ON REVISION


By a judgment of the Supreme Court of even date in Shanti Wati and Bissun Kuar v. Reginam (Criminal Appeal No. 11/77) an order made by Navua Magistrates Court that each of the appellants give security for good behaviour under the provisions of section 43(1) of the Criminal Procedure Code was set aside.


The respondents herein were also subject to the same order made by Navua Magistrates Court to which the judgement of the Supreme Court relates; and for the reasons given in that judgment the order is set aside.
