IN THE RESIDENT MAGISTRATES COURT AT SUVA
Criminal Case No. 164 of 1991
CIR
v.
KELEMEDI BULEWA
Before: A M Seru Esq
Chief Magistrate
19 April 1991
Prosecution:
Accused:
SENTENCE
This case forms part of CF. No. 865/90 which dealt with returns of income for the years 1983 to 1987. This case deals with 1988 only and had this been included in that court file the sentence would be the same and no additional fine would be added.
I will therefore impose the following fine:-
1. Count 1 - $1 per day far 180 days i.e. $180 in default 30 days.
2. Count 2 - $1 per day for 180 days i.e. $180 in default 30 days.
3. Count 3 - $1 per day for 180 days i.e. $180 in default 30 days.
28 days to pay a total fine of $540. However these fines are concurrent to CF. No. 865/90 in view of the circumstances. The accused will therefore only pay the fines in CF. No. 865/90.
(Sgd) A M Seru
CHIEF MAGISTRATE
