Introduction

The three matters are inter-related and deal with the same issue. All the parties agreed to have a consolidated hearing.

In 61 of 2014, Sunbeam Transport Limited is the appellant. In 68 of 2014, the Appellant is Pacific Transport Limited. While in 9 of 2015, the Appellant is Paradise Transport Limited. All the Interested Parties have been listed. Some are interested parties in all the three matters. This Tribunal has noted that the Tribunal has served all the parties and they have notification of this appeal.
