2. On 11^th May 2023 I had directed from the application to be redated and served on all issues of the deceased:
   • - Asaf Khan
   • - Intiyaz Khan
   • - Aiyaz Khan
     
3. On 26thJuly 2023 the Applicant’s solicitors filed 03 affidavit of services stating as follows:
   • - On 24^th July 2023 Intiyaz Khan was served along with Aiyaz Khan and Asaf Khan.
     
4. None of the issues made an appearance in court on 02^nd August 2023.
   
5. Leave is granted to the Applicant to use copy will of Eunp Khan dated 06^th October 2008 for purpose of obtaining a granted.
