JUDGMENT


[1] The appellant was convicted and sentenced on a charge of aggravated robbery in the Magistrates’ Court exercising extended jurisdiction granted by the High Court pursuant to section 4(2) of the Criminal Procedure Act. This is an untimely appeal against sentence.


[2] The appellant’s right of appeal lies with the Court of Appeal and not with the High Court.


[3] The appeal is struck out for want of jurisdiction.
