ORDER


[1] Following a trial, the applicant was convicted of murder and sentenced to life imprisonment. He seeks to set aside his conviction and sentence using the constitutional redress process saying his trial was irregular and his rights were violated. He has not provided particulars of his allegations.


[2] The High Court has no power to grant the relief sought by the applicant. His relief lies with an appeal to the Court of Appeal.


[3] The application for constitutional redress is dismissed for an abuse of the court process.
