JUDGMENT

1. The 3 assessors had returned with a unanimous opinion finding Accused No. 1 and Accused No. 2 guilty as charged.
   
2. I agree with the unanimous opinions of the assessors and I accept them.

4. Given the above, I find both accuseds guilty as charged and I convict them accordingly.
