RULING


[1] The applicant applies for leave to judicially review a sentence passed on him.


[2] Judicial review, if appropriate, assesses the propriety of actions or decisions of a public official and cannot be used to review a sentence of imprisonment.


[3] Reviews of sentence are dealt with by the Appellate Courts under the provisions of Part XV of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 or the Court of Appeal Act.


[4] The application is frivolous and leave is refused.
