RULING


[1] The applicant by way of letter to the Court applies for leave to judicially review an unnamed Magistrate for errors he perceives the Magistrate to have made in sentencing him for burglary and theft.


[2] Persons who are aggrieved by matters of sentence have recourse to the provisions of Part XV of the Criminal Procedure Act 2009 which deals with appeals from the Magistrates Court.


[3] Judicial review proceedings are totally inappropriate.


[4] Leave to review is refused.
