1. The costs award of $100 made against Miss S. Devi of the Legal Aid Commission, personally, in Labasa Magistrates Court Criminal Case No.330 of 2013, is to be set aside. It is to be returned to her if paid.
   
2. An order for costs of $100 in Labasa Magistrates Court Criminal Case No. 330 of 2013 is made against the Legal Aid Commission.
