R U L I N G

[1] The applicant herein purports to apply for Judicial Review of a decision made on the 20^th January 2015 by the Magistrate at Ba.

[2] The right to file an application for leave to review is applicable to decisions made by public bodies and not against a decision of a criminal Court. Legislation provides an aggrieved party to criminal proceedings a procedure to appeal any decision made by any Court exercising its criminal jurisdiction.

[3] The application is ill conceived and it is dismissed.
