R U L I N G


  1. On o9 August 2012, I made an Order in HBC 330 of 2008 to strike out the Plaintiff’s claim against all the defendants with costs against the plaintiff.
  2. I note that on 23 August 2007 Madam Justice Phillips had ordered inter-alia in HBC 314 of 2006 that the Plaintiff, LIYAKAT ALI trading as FARMERS HARVESTERS COMPANY pay into Court the sum of $15,000 no later than 17 September 2007 as a condition for the dissolution of an interim injunction.
  3. According to the file, the sum of $15,000 was deposited into Court on 11 October 2007 (RR # 584644).
  4. If any of the parties wish to have the sum released to them, they are to file a formal application to the Master.
