ADDENDUM TO THE JUDGMENT DELIVERED ON 27 OCTOBER 2014

In pursuant to Order 20 Rule 10, this court on its own motion Notice the Parties to appear on 11 November 2014 at 10.30am.

This court now pronounce that in the Judgment delivered on 27 October 2014 at page 2 in paragraph 1(e) sub para (ii) the amount was stated as $55,242.04 instead of $550,244.04 due to a typographical error and now it is corrected to read as follows, for all purposes of the said Judgment:

"(ii) The balance of the Tax Liability of $550,244.04 to be paid before 12 May 2014."
