JUDGMENT

PETERO KALOU, you are charged with 14 counts of rape of Ana Makirina Filorina KALOU on diverse dates between December 2010 and 11 October 2011 at Waivunia Village. After trial on these counts, panels of three assessors have returned unanimous opinions of guilty on each count. In directing myself in accordance with my own summing up, I concur with the assessors and find you guilty of each of the fourteen counts. You are convicted of each accordingly.
