DECISION


I direct myself with my summing-up on the law and the evidence. I agree with the unanimous opinions of the assessors that the accused is not guilty of the offence of 'Rape' under Section 207 (1) (2) (a) of the Crimes Decree No 44 of 2009. The accused is, accordingly, acquitted of the charge.
