UNDERTAKING

I, SAVENACA MILLER VUNISA, in consideration of being conditionally released on Court probation pursuant to section 44 of the Sentencing and Penalties Decree 2009, HEREBY UNDERTAKE as follows:

1. I will appear in this Court on notice.
   
2. I will be of good behaviour for 2 years from today.
   
3. I will continue my education at T.P.A.F.
   
4. I will not enter any amusement centre, game centre or pool/billiards centre for 2 years from today.
   
5. I will continue to live with my parents, and will not live elsewhere without the leave of this Court.
