JUDGMENT

[1] The assessors have given unanimous opinions that the Accused is not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter. Their opinions are available on the evidence. I direct myself in accordance with my summing up and find the Accused not guilty of murder but guilty of manslaughter. Accordingly, the Accused is convicted of manslaughter.
