JUDGMENT


[1] The assessors have expressed unanimous opinions that the Accused is guilty of the three counts against him.


[2] I direct myself in accordance with the evidence and the law contained in my summing up. On each count, I am satisfied of the guilt of the Accused beyond reasonable doubt.


[3] I convict him of the two charges of causing payment of money by virtue of a forged document and one charge of money laundering.
