(1) 3rd & 5th named 2nd Defendant to file their affidavits within 1 week of today.

(2) Plaintiff to file affidavit in reply to 1st named 2nd Defendant within 7 days of today.

(3) 3rd & 4th Defendant to file affidavit in opposition within 1 week of today.

(4) Plaintiff to file affidavit in reply to the affidavit of all Defendants within 28 days of today.

(5) Parties to file written submissions together before 8th November 2010.

(6) Interim injunction order of 12/8/2010 is further extended till the 9th of November 2010.
