ORDER OF THE COURT:

Two Wills in 2002 and 2004 are sued upon before taking probate. As per Practice Direction No 2 of 1994 and Order 4, rule 1 and Order 76, rule 1(2), this probate matter should have been filed in Suva Probate Registry. (Refer my order in case No HBC 144 of 2007).

As such transfer to Suva High Court Principal Probate Registry and advise Deputy Registrar to take necessary steps.
