JUDGMENT


One assessor has found the accused guilty while two assessors have found the accused not guilty on a charge of found in possession of an illicit drug. The majority opinions of not guilty are available on the evidence. I direct myself in accordance with my summing up and accept the majority opinions of not guilty. I find the accused not guilty and acquit him of the charge.
