ORAL JUDGMENT OF FINNIGAN J

I have today heard the evidence of the Plaintiff and find all the claims of the statement of claim are proved. The Defendant’s statement of defence is disregarded, the counter-claim is struck out. I give judgment on the claim for the Plaintiff in the sum of $34,006.00 together with interest at 5% per annum simple calculated from 31 December 1991 until the date of judgment 02 August 2005.

Costs I summarily assess for the Plaintiff at $2,000.00.
