RULING ON BAIL APPLICATION


The matter is adjourned to the 2nd November 2004 at 9.30am.


The State consents to bail subject to conditions and accordingly, each of the accused is granted bail, self in one surety in the sum of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000.00).


Bail is conditioned as follows:


1. The accused not to interfere with any State witness;


  1. That each accused to report to the Nalawa Police Post daily between 6.00am and 6.00pm;
  2. Each accused to advise the police of any change in residence
