RULING


Bail is granted in the sum of $500 with one surety namely his father in like sum of $500.


Report 3 times a week at Nadera Police Post on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 6am and 6pm until trial commences on 28th February 2005 and must attend court on the 5th of November 2004 at 9.30am in open court for Mention.


Not to interfere with any witnesses in this case. Must not change address unless notifying the Nadera Police.
