Bail is granted on the following conditions:


  1. Surety in the sum of $1000 to be provided today;
  2. Report Mondays and Wednesdays at Valelevu Police Station between 6am to 6pm;
  3. Not to change residential address without informing Valelevu Police Station;
  4. Must not obtain passport without first informing the DPP’s Office;
  5. Must attend court on the 2nd of September 2004 at 9am in the Magistrates’ Court.
